The Deep Card Neck Water Bag enhances glass production by increasing clarification temperature, extending clarification time, and improving clarification effectiveness. This helps reduce defects like bubbles and improves overall glass quality.

Unlike traditional round steel tube water bags (e.g., 76mm diameter, 160mm depth), the updated deep design addresses evolving glass technology and energy efficiency demands. The deep card neck is inserted deeper into the molten glass and is constructed with a rectangular seamless steel tube welded across its center.

A dedicated Card Neck Water Bag Water Level Monitoring System ensures safe operation: the stainless steel structure operates under prolonged high temperatures while water circulation and HD monitoring jointly detect potential leaks, enabling long-term reliable performance in high-temperature glass liquids.
