Monitoring the interior of high-temperature kilns and furnaces is critical for process optimization, energy efficiency, and safety. However, the extreme heat, heavy dust, and corrosive gases make it nearly impossible for standard industrial cameras to survive. Our Automatic High-Temperature Furnace Camera System is specifically engineered to withstand these harsh environments, providing real-time, high-definition visual access to furnace temperatures of up to 2000℃.
Designed for reliability and operator safety, this system features a fully automatic insertion and retraction mechanism. In the event of a power failure, loss of cooling air/water, or excessive internal temperatures, the fail-safe system automatically retracts the probe to prevent equipment damage.
Extreme Durability: IP68 protection and Explosion-Proof certification (Exd IIC T6 Gb) ensure safe operation in the most demanding and hazardous zones.
Superior Optical Clarity: Equipped with a sapphire heat-resistant lens and a special spiral air curtain design that effectively prevents dust accumulation, ensuring a clear view at all times.
Precision Monitoring: Features a 27x optical zoom (3.6-78mm) and two-color temperature measurement for accurate flame and material observation.
Seamless Integration: Fully compatible with existing plant DCS/PLC systems for remote control of the camera menu, aperture, and real-time alarm monitoring.

Safety is our top priority. The system is equipped with multiple sensors. If the temperature inside the protective cover exceeds 50℃, the compressed air pressure drops below 0.2 MPa, the cooling water flow falls below 0.2 m³/h, or if there is a sudden power outage, the system will automatically and rapidly retract the probe (with a 550mm stroke) out of the furnace to prevent severe heat damage to the camera and lens.
No. The front end of the probe features a special spiral air curtain design. This creates a continuous, high-velocity barrier of clean air that effectively blows dust, soot, and corrosive gases away from the sapphire lens, ensuring a clear and uninterrupted visual feed without the need for frequent manual cleaning.
Absolutely. The system is designed for seamless plant integration. Operators in the central control room can remotely control the camera menu, adjust the lens aperture, and monitor the camera feed. Furthermore, all critical alarm signals (such as high temperature or low pressure) can be directly accessed and integrated into your existing DCS software.
Yes. The system is built to rigorous safety standards. It holds an Explosion-proof Certificate (CNEx16.029) with an Ex-Mark of Exd IIC T6 Gb, and features an IP68 protection rating. The dual-lens separation high-temperature protective cover ensures true explosion-proof performance, making it safe for use in volatile environments.
The system is suitable for furnaces with a wall thickness of ≤ 500mm. During the installation phase, we will provide detailed wall opening (brick drawing) dimensions and installation diagrams. The control console can be customized to your preference, available in wall-mounted, desk-mounted, or cabinet-mounted configurations.
The system requires both compressed air and cooling water to maintain the internal operating temperature (≤ 80℃ for the retraction device).
- Air: Inlet pressure of 0.2 ~ 0.7 MPa, minimum flow of 0.3 m³/min.
- Water: Inlet pressure of 0.1 ~ 0.7 MPa, minimum flow of 0.8 m³/h. Both utilities must be at an inlet temperature of ≤ 35℃.
