The High Temperature Industrial TV for Blast Furnace is a critical system for visualizing the furnace interior. Its furnace cameras are housed in a multi-layer water-cooled protective jacket, allowing them to withstand the extreme environment near the tuyere. This Furnace Monitoring Camera transmits a stable, real-time video feed to the control room, enabling operators to monitor coke combustion, hot metal flow, and potential slag buildup. This direct visual data is essential for optimizing production, ensuring safe operations, and performing predictive maintenance on the blast furnace lining.
