Our Furnace Flame Monitoring System is a cutting-edge visual solution specifically engineered for the extreme environments of float glass lines and horseshoe glass kilns. Designed for high-precision monitoring, the system allows for a flexible 45° angle of view, ensuring comprehensive coverage of flame stability and material flow where standard cameras fail.
Optimize your combustion process with our professional Furnace Flame Monitoring System. Engineered for the most demanding environments, this Furnace Monitoring System offers a unique angled-view probe, allowing for comprehensive observation of flame stability and material flow in float glass lines and horseshoe glass kilns.
Key Features & Advantages
Proprietary High-Temp Optics: High Temperature Furnace Flame Monitoring System equipped with our self-developed high-temperature pinhole zoom lens. It delivers a horizontal resolution of over 2.0 million pixels and can withstand up to 350°C even without active cooling, ensuring crystal-clear imaging under thermal stress.
Intelligent Fail-Safe Protection: Safety is built-in. The High Temperature Furnace Flame Monitoring System utilizes high-reliability air cylinders for automatic entry and exit. In the event of an unforeseen power outage or water-cooling failure, the probe automatically retracts to prevent permanent heat damage.
Advanced Cooling & Durability: The probe hood is constructed from premium, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Our specialized water-cooling design is engineered to operate efficiently even in facilities with poor water quality, preventing internal scaling and blockages.
Precision Dust-Proof Design: Features a specialized airflow structure that prevents dust and particulates from gathering on the lens, significantly reducing maintenance frequency and ensuring an unobstructed view.
Seamless Industrial Integration: Full control is at your fingertips. The High Temperature Furnace Flame Monitoring System can be managed via the Central Control Room, on-site panels, or integrated directly into your plant's DCS (Distributed Control System) for remote operation of probe movement and image clarity.

1. The temperature of the hood rises above 50°C (specified levels).
2. Compressed air input air pressure below 0.3MPa.
3. Probe hood cooling water input flow is less than 0.2M³/h.
4. Power is cut off.
5. Control room or control device of project site send out exit signal.
6. Alarm signal can be connected to the DCS.
